Privacy

Summary in plain language. The binding version is published by the operator.

What we store

• Your account: name, nickname, email address, language.
• Per tester: application and device ID, DevEUI, last contact and a packet counter.
• Pro only: every measurement point with position, time, signal values and the receiving gateways, kept for 365 days.
• Positions, gateways and labels are stored encrypted. A copy of the database alone does not reveal them.

What we do not store

• The downlink API key your webhook sends. It is used once per uplink to reply to the tester.
• Positions of free accounts.

Who processes data

• Hosting: cyon GmbH, Basel, Switzerland.
• Payments for Pro: Paddle.com Market Ltd, as merchant of record.
• Maps of surveys: your browser loads the map tiles from the OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom, which sees your IP address. The measurement points are not sent there.

You can delete your account with all its data at any time under Account.
